1.Acceptance
By accessing or using Cosign ("the Platform"), operated by [Legal Company Name], you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts. Membership is by invitation only; access requires a valid invite code.
3.What Cosign is
Cosign is a private network connecting vetted short-form video editors ("Clippers") with brands running paid clipping campaigns. Clippers create short clips from brand-provided content and are paid based on verified views, per the rate of each campaign.
4.Accounts & invites
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Invite codes are personal and may not be sold or transferred. We may suspend or revoke accounts that violate these Terms.
5.Clipper responsibilities
When participating in campaigns, you agree to: only post content you are authorized to use; follow each campaign's brief and rules; comply with the terms and policies of every platform you post to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.); include any required disclosures (e.g. #ad / #sponsored) where applicable by law or platform rules; and never use bots, fake engagement, view manipulation, or any fraudulent means to inflate views.
6.Content & intellectual property
Brands grant Clippers a limited license to use provided campaign assets solely to create and post clips for that campaign. You are responsible for ensuring your clips do not infringe third-party rights. Cosign and its branding remain our property.
7.Payments & payouts
Clippers are paid per verified views at each campaign's stated rate. Payouts are issued weekly by default; Clippers exceeding $2,500 in earnings may opt into daily payouts. Supported methods include crypto, PayPal, and bank wire. Views are subject to verification and fraud/bot detection; we may withhold or adjust earnings attributable to fraudulent, fake, or non-compliant views. You are responsible for your own taxes on amounts earned.
8.Prohibited conduct
No fraud, view manipulation, or fake engagement; no posting of unauthorized, illegal, infringing, or harmful content; no circumventing platform rules; no abuse of other members or of Cosign.
9.Suspension & termination
We may remove any member from the roster, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts associated with fraud or violations of these Terms, at our discretion.
10.Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any level of views, earnings, or campaign availability.
11.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Legal Company Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
12.Governing law
